As I sit here on my condo porch, my mind is already racing to the middle of summer! The sound of a riffle, subtle eats on top of the water film, wild hooksets, triumphant smiles and the oh so enticing eat from a perfect drift by a feasting trout. Winter has crept away and the sun is getting stronger each day. The flows of each discharge point that I have bookmarked around the state are constantly pinging my cellular, telling me, “Joel, go fish, what are you waiting for?”
